Very Clean Property. Meals were excellent! I would have been very happy with this property, except for the very soft mattress, my preference is a firm mattress. Continental Breakfast was not in room and not provided on check-in. (Just a note for reception as it would have been appreciated if it had been provided on check-in,)

One night passing through Emerald.

Room was decidedly average compared to photos. A lot of noise from other guests. Staff did ask them to turn it down and it did improve but still not great. Food in the restaurant was good and staff pleasant and helpful.

OUR ROOM WAS CANCELLED - NO RETURN CONTACT WAS MADE WITH US WHY WE WERE NOT THERE FOR THE FIRST NIGHT, AND WE WERE CHARGED, AND THEN THEY RENTED OUT OUR ROOM AGAIN WHEN WE TURNED UP FOR OUR STAY WE HAD NO IDEA THAT THEY HAD RE RENTED OUR ROOM OUT FOR THE SECOND NIGHT, LEAVING US WITH NOWHERE TO STAY HAVING TO DRIVE FATIGUED TO THE NEXT TOWN. APAULING SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION.DOUBLE DIPPING FOR ROOM RENTS, HOPE THE PERSONS THAT GOT OUR ROOM WAS NOT CHARGED!

We weren't sure where to find the property, it wasn't very clear. I ended up having to walk in to the bistro who then had to walk me in to the restaurant where I had to wait for a while. It wasn't a drama, it just felt like it took a while to check in and the property not easy to find. Then once we had checked in, it wasn't very easy to find the carpark, perhaps typing out some instructions could help?
