Guest have access to the entire bottom studio apartment, including access to the outdoor shower and firepit.

Parking is limited to one spot in the gravel driveway.

Both sets of stairs leading to the upstairs unit are off limits during your stay.

The ceiling height is 6 feet and 7 inches. This studio apartment is located underneath a separate vacation rental. You may see or hear other guest during your stay. The outdoor shower is also shared with the upstairs unit however the firepit is exclusive for your stay only!
