4BR Ocean Front - DOG OK - Close to town!

Enjoy stunning ocean views from nearly every room in this beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront duplex. With a reverse floor plan, you’ll find the main living area on the top floor, where an open, spacious layout showcases breathtaking ocean views. The fully updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a dishwasher, and microwave.

Sleeping arrangements include three King beds, a Queen bed, and a bunk bed (two singles) to comfortably accommodate everyone. The top floor offers a luxurious King Master suite with a private, updated bath, including a tiled walk-in shower. On the second level, there are two King bedrooms with access to a furnished, covered porch, an updated hall bath, and a fourth bedroom with a Queen bed, bunk beds, and a private bath. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

You’ll love the easy access to the deck, where an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower is available. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 5 TVs (1 with cable, 4 with Roku Spectrum streaming app), and a gas grill. Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) are provided with beds made for your arrival.

Our typical rental schedule is Sunday to Sunday, with flexible stays available. Pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet (maximum of 2). Come relax and enjoy your coastal retreat!

House was very clean & the decor was very cute! Contacted the host shortly after arriving regarding the linens for the beds, they were so polite & quick to remedy the issue. Views were spectacular! The location of the house was close to everything we needed & wanted.

Great location and close to many amenities. Check in was poorly handled. Our check in time was scheduled for 4:00pm and the cleaning service did not finish the property until 8:25pm that first night. I reached out via text with my concern to the management company and have not received any response. One of the downstairs bedrooms also had an issue with bugs and gnats. I also reported that by text and have not received any response. We make a yearly trip to Emerald Isle and will not be using this management company in the future.

Love the convenience

Perfectly located. Just a heads up, if you like to have a golf cart to travel into town you sadly cannot get out of the neighborhood due to road restrictions. This was a sad surprise for us. The house was clean and perfect for our family’s vacation!

Needs work/management negligent

This house definitely has its pros- location, beachfront with beautiful views and decks, bedrooms with tv,s, ample kitchen is well stocked, clean, beach toys, chairs, grill (looks terrible but does work), dog friendly, and came with linen package... However, it came with considerably more cons- messaged management company immediately about the the upstairs deck NOT having a door handle so i was locked on the deck, looked as if it had been missing for a long time (thank goodness my mom had stayed inside and let me back in). Management returned a call 22 hrs later and said they would have someone out there the next morning. No call and no worker on Monday. I called back on Monday afternoon and they said they would call me back as soon as they spoke with handyman and no return call or handyman. I did ask that it be fixed before Tuesday at five because I had family coming over but still received no call back. More cons - floor at that door is truly falling in as well as bedroom under that door has mold on the ceiling. When I told management company during initial call about the door her reply was "they knew about floor buckling but it wasn't that bad"! Trust me it is that bad. The handrail at top of outside main house staircase isn't connected to the house wall so be careful. If this was my house I would be outraged at these issues not being caught before customers but customers having to tell management company about huge problems and them not jumping on asap.

Great vacation - amazing view and right on the beach!

My family of all ages really enjoyed our visit to Emerald Isle. The views from the dining area and deck could not be beat, and the beach access was excellent. The hose along the wooden deck area while walking back to the house was very helpful for rinsing, and plenty of room on the 2nd or 3rd floor for storing beach supplies, as well as under the house. Very pet friendly and family friendly overall!
