Village West #16 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with a ground-floor bonus room and exquisite ocean views. The up-and-coming Village West Community boasts a community pool, bathhouse, grilling area, and open green space as well as nearby retail shops and dining! This property also has a private elevator and Interior Washer/Dryer!

Each bedroom has a queen bed for a total bed count of two queens.

Linens and towels are provided with beds made for weekly stays only.

NO SMOKING.
Please Note:

-Fireplace is not available for guest use

-Parking allowance is for 2 vehicles only

-Linens will not be provided for the two sleeper sofas

Pets Allowed (2 Dogs Max)

Rents from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly rentals are allowed with a 2-night minimum year-round!

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
