"Did not get deposit. Was told on my last night at 1am after taking a bath that we needed to switch rooms because the floor below us flooded. I do not see how that is our issue especially without being notified until our last night "

I only had one complaint in my entire stay and it was to room service allowing to doors to slam against to security lock to keep the doors open, but once I mentioned it to her she was more aware. "
