"The bar outside still closed from last years stay as it was this past weekend :( There was no hair blower in our room 109 but there was one in my sons room, 310. The breakfast area was nice and coffee too. Friendly reception and good welcoming from the desk employees. The place needs more parking area for people coming back from a later diner time around 8:30 pm."

"This is a clean, courteous place with friendly, helpful staff. The beds are comfortable, ample storage space. No nice views but everything is practical and more than adequate. The breakfast is routine but fine, the pool is handy, the parking is fine, the location on a commercial strip is convenient to many needs and it is only a very short drive to beautiful York Village, the beaches, and York Hospital."

"Overall this was an excellent place to stay. Especially for the space. We had 14 people and each couple had their own room and their own bathrooms. It’s located in a great spot and the front porch was an awesome place to rest and enjoy the cool breezes. There was plenty of space to do a family dinner and good amount of parking.Easy walks to local sights and easy drives to Salem, Portland, Portsmouth NH. All members of our family rated this vacation in their top 5 and all liked the house and the porch."

"It was a great house and property we had my daughters wedding at the York Harbor Inn across the bay. There was plenty of parking and took all the pictures of wedding party there. All the girls got makeup and hair and dressed . It was perfect . Dana was very helpful with everything . Pool was 78 degrees at the end of May witch was also great . There was plenty of room for everybody who came over after the wedding . Everybody loved the place"
