"The service and housekeeping was superb. The Hotel is convenient, informative, and affable. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast, excellent lunch and dinner but the spectacular aspect is the view. Culminating with the view ( especially for children ) is the rooftop where they can feed the birds. The staff does a wonderful job creating a magical atmosphere for all involved. I travel a lot and recommend this hotel in the highest regard!"

"The front of house staff which were available to support 24hours, were very friendly and helpful - excellent customer service. The room was spacious, clean and kept to a high modern standard. The room has a mini bar, with alcoholic (beers) and soft drinks. The bed mattress was on the firm side but worked for me as I much prefer it. The breakfast was also good, as a buffet type you get a choice between hot and cold food (or both). The hotel is in a superb location only 6mins walk to Sultanahmet Square and at close proximity to restaurants and bars. Public transport (tram) is also a few mins walk. I would highly recommend."
