The concierge and all of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful. We asked for a last minute tour on the Bosporus and dinner on the Europe side and they arranged everything perfectly and quickly. The room was very comfortable and the bed was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel has phenomenal staff. I have absolutely not a single complaint and would praise everyone from housekeeping to Bell Hoff as well as the concierge service. Absolutely fantastic stay in Istanbul. We had an incredible experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always eager to help, making us feel at home right away. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see yet quiet enough for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of local options. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We’ve traveled quite a bit, and this hotel truly stood out for its exceptional service and attention to detail. We had an amazing stay during the holiday season 24/25. Our room was excellent, and the library and bar was really exquicitly elegant and cozy. The service was outstanding, and the concierge, Yigit, was next to none and really good at accomodating our wishes. We would recommend this hotel to everyone who would visit Istanbul.
