"Staff were fantastic, Hotel had a nice gym with spa etc. Food was excellent, no complaints there. Room was comfortable but tv channels were limited, tv was a smart version but not connected to Internet so netflix's etc wasn't ab option. Will definitely be back"

"Just a lovely place to stay with great staff and friendly atmosphere. This is a “proper” castle - built 900 years ago. We ate at one of the restaurants and had a lovely meal. Gardens have several walks including a long walk through local woods which we enjoyed. "

"Lovely rooms, stylishly appointed. Felt luxurious. Lovely breakfast and dinner in the adjacent restaurant. Staff all lovely. My only gripe was no fridge in the room but everything else was top notch. "
