Then we had to turn off the tv and try to get back to the original channel we were watching, which is often difficult because the tv and remote randomly skip every other channel. This interruption happened eight times. The front desk sent a maintenance man up after we reported it and he said there’s nothing you can do except turn off the tv and start over. "

The snack tray in the room is always full, the fridge was full and there were also options to buy alcohol in the room. The staff was accommodating and we loved renting a cabana at the outdoor pool.
