"It was a good stay. I would streamline check-in so its faster and less hassle. You give them a credit card for an extra charge, then they ask you if you want to use the same card for parking.. 5 minutes later. Why, not all at once, and what hotels have pay for parking? I know its a water park, but if you're staying there. You have 2 people checking in and out towels, yet it a slow process with a line during rush... really could have 3 scanners with 3 PCs? "

"The cabin was as expected but very upset that the refrigerator froze all of my fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, etc. Complained at the front desk and really got no response other than they would let the manager know. Also had our boat torn up on the docks due to high winds. Although the resort certainly cannot control the weather, putting bumpers or hanging a tire over the metal poles would have saved us considerable damage. "My wife and I had an enjoyable trip. A few comments on our stay and the reason for not giving a 5 star rating. This is admittedly some of my fault. This is a pet friendly place, not being a pet owner, I should have considered that there would be remnants of pet hair. I had to vaccum the living room furniture prior to sitting on it.
