Featured on Dwell+ in March 2025. This is a newly renovated mid century home in Downtown, Encinitas. We live on the property on the floor above this home. Private entrance, no shared spaces, lots of natural light, ocean views from west facing windows, the mid century style of this home was carefully preserved.
The recently remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials and there is plenty of storage. All new appliances, stunning hardwood floors throughout and beautiful wooden ceiling. Enjoy breakfast in a private patio or watch the sunset from the front porch.

Located on a very quiet street and walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee, and yoga studios. A half mile away from the famous Moonlight Beach and one mile from the world renowned surf spot, Swami's Beach. Public transportation by bus or train is just a block away. Parks nearby and a block from the Encinitas Public Library.

Farmers markets are close by on Saturdays at Mira Costa Community College and Sundays at Paul Ecke Elementary School.

Enjoy walks through the San Diego Botanical Gardens, a short drive away. Or stroll through The Self Realization Fellowship and its beautiful gardens, within walking distance.

The Del Mar Fairgrounds, five miles away, hosts the San Diego County Fair from June-July, year round concerts at The Sound, and the Del Mar Thoroughbred Races from July-September.
