The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and a serene spa-like ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom - one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bunk bed plus an additional queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for kids or extra guests. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and its own private ensuite, creating a peaceful and private guest space.

Inside, the home offers a seamless layout with relaxed, elevated interiors. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a direct flow to the light-filled dining area. Comfortable, curated living spaces create a calming atmosphere, with an effortless indoor-outdoor transition that invites you to slow down and settle in.



Step outside to a lush backyard oasis framed by mature landscaping, designed for open-air living. Unwind in the private outdoor sauna, then refresh under the open-air garden shower tucked within the natural landscape. Every inch of the backyard evokes a sense of retreat - quiet, restorative, and beautifully cared for.



This pet-friendly home includes a washer and dryer for convenience. While the garage is not accessible, ample driveway and street parking are available. Central A/C ensures comfort during every summer stay.

ACTIVITIES: Encinitas Ranch golf course, San Diego Botanic Garden includes nearly 4,000 kinds of plants from all over the world and more than 37 acres of exhibits including rare bamboo groves (the largest collection in the U.S.), desert gardens, a tropical rainforest, Mediterranean climate landscapes, an undersea succulent garden, a subtropical fruit garden and the largest interactive children's garden on the West Coast called the Hamilton Children's Garden. A favorite beach for surfing in Encinitas, Swami's was immortalized in the song "Surfin' USA" by the Beach Boys. Forty percent of the birds in North America pass by the San Elijo Lagoon on their annual migrations. Featuring an array of "green" amenities, the eco-friendly San Elijo Lagoon Nature Center offers free admission and guided nature walks on the first and last Saturdays of each month at 10:00 AM. The interactive exhibits focus on the ecosystem, environment and history of lagoons, and the building's "green" components. The Self-Realization Fellowship is a serene locale featuring meditation gardens, koi ponds and views overlooking Swami's beach. Its name comes from the Golden Lotus Temple high above it. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
