This beach apt. has stunning ocean views, and is steps away (2 minute walk) from the beach, and walk distance of restaurants, and local shops. Located in the beautiful beach town of Encinitas Neptune , the apartment has been completely remodeled with a boho chic designs to offer our guests a true San Diego experience. The outside area has a deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean, so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and a sunset happy hour in the afternoon all with a view!

Fantastic place to stay!!

This residence is beautifully decorated and in a central location…close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owners are very sweet and accommodating as well. We highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect getaway!

Amazing spot in Encinitas

This is our second stay at Sarah's place, and we love it so much. The location is unbeatable and the space is gorgeous. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and we appreciate the family-friendly additions (pack n play, beach toys, etc.). We will be coming back!

In summary, this was the finest vacation experience at any rental that we've ever enjoyed! The property is absolutely meticulous, and Sarah, the host, had every detail, starting with our arrival, in perfect order. Absolutely wonderful week in beautiful Encinitas!

Paradise at Encinitas CA

Sarah and Lee are gracious hosts who provide very clean and comfortable accommodations in a great location. The beach is an easy walk and you can see and hear the waves from the small patio. We walked to restaurants and coffee places. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you’d need We look forward to returning!

Perfect Getaway in Encinitas

The property is well-maintained, in a phenomenal location, and suited perfectly for any length of time in the San Diego area. The hosts are very communicative and helpful.Normally, I would have not reserved a property that’s a part of the host’s dwelling, but this was not like renting a room or a garage apartment. It was a separate unit from the hosts and felt very private. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again for our next visit!

We loved our stay!

The place is beautifully decorated, comfy and has everything you need for a vacation in Encinitas. Cute neighborhood and perfect location for those who enjoy long walks/runs on the beach. The surfers in the family were thrilled for the easy beach access (Stone Steps), literally a minute walk down the street. Sarah and Lee were delightful hosts and responsive to questions if they came up.

What a wonderful stay!!

This is a great property with a ton of attention to detail on the little things that matter for you stay. The property was immaculately clean and well stocked with conveniences. The 2 bedroom is modern, has wonderful appointments, and plenty of space. There is a patio with a partial ocean view which is great for morning coffee or an afternoon unwind. You can walk to the beach access or to downtown Encinitas easily. Simply put, we had a wonderful stay!

Nice place, great location

We found we could get to everything we wanted, including a lot of restaurants and shopping, within just a few minutes of this site. At the same time we had an ocean view and a beautiful place to say. Sarah was eager to help but the place was flawless and we didn't really need her. We loved it.

Lovely get-getaway

The space was exactly has described. The pictures sold me, and in person exceeded my expectations. The decorating is upscale, yet comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect. The balcony/patio was great to view the ocean and have a cup of coffee in the a.m., read a book in the afternoon and a cocktail at sunset. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked more than adequately with some special touches. The hosts Sarah and Lee are lovely. We will be back.

Beautiful, clean, great sunset view from deck, but no easy access to beach right now

Everything was perfect except that we were disappointed to find that the path to the beach was closed. One of the reasons we chose this property was to be able to easily walk down to the beach. Hopefully the owner will let other prospective renters know about this ahead of time.

What a wonderful place to reconnect with childhood..

What a beautiful home to be able to relax and reconnect with a beset childhood friend! The sounds of the ocean were amazing echoing through the living room while we were able to relax in nice furniture. The beds were extremely comfortable and we each slept well! It was so wonderful that we're looking to come together again and have another girls' weekend!

Lovely stay

We arrived at 11am because they offered us an early check in, and the place is great! Nice ocean breezes and comfy decor. The kitchen has all of the basics, including a spice rack and the sharpest knives of any vacation rental we’ve ever been to (I usually travel with my own). The beds are also very comfortable, and the whole place is well insulated, so quiet. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay

Relaxing near beach

We had a fantastic stay! Extremely clean rental with everything we needed and the host was always quick in responding to any questions. Our stay was relaxing and only steps away from stone steps beach. Local restaurants and stores were a pleasure to visit. Wish our vacation was longer!

We had the perfect December stay. Place was clean. Beds were comfy. Stocked with everything we needed. Even decorated for Christmas, which was a total bonus! Short walk to Stone Steps beach (lots of stairs, if that's an issue for you). Beach was clean. Great location. Short drive to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Parking was not an issue in Encinitas, which was great! Lots of free side street parking. Close to moonlight beach as well which had lots of activities going on. Host had everything prepared. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely book again.
