The Space
Upstairs – Ocean View Studio:
Wake up to sweeping bay views from your private balcony and large picture windows. This light-filled, open-plan studio offers a comfortable lounge area, kitchenette, and a spacious ensuite complete with a spa bath—perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea.

Downstairs – Motel Suite:
Ideal for additional guests or kids, this suite provides a cosy, carpeted layout with a seating area, desk, kitchenette, and modern ensuite with separate WC. While it doesn’t have ocean views, it offers comfort and privacy for a restful stay.

Please note: A $500 bond applies to all bookings.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property.

Payments A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. If full payment is not received by this time, the booking will be cancelled. Keys will not be issued if payment is incomplete. All payments are securely processed via Stripe using your credit card.

Security Bond
A $500 credit card hold will be placed 1 day before check-in. This hold is released 7 days after check-out (or after the full stay for bookings longer than 7 days), provided no damage, breakage, or extra cleaning fees apply. Keys cannot be issued if the bond hold cannot be processed.

Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancel 30+ days before check-in → Full refund minus Stripe fee
• Cancel 14–30 days before check-in → 50% refund minus Stripe fee
• Cancel within 14 days of check-in → No refund
• Leaving early after check-in → Unused nights are not refunded
