The Space:

Cerca Del Agua is a beautifully styled coastal retreat just a short walk from the beach and the scenic trail that winds along Encounter Bay towards The Bluff.



Designed with smaller groups in mind, this single-level home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests across three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – King bed

Bedroom 2 – Queen bed

Bedroom 3 – Double bed with single bunk above



The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax after a day exploring the coast. The fully equipped kitchen makes family meals easy, while the coffee machine and large washing machine add those little conveniences that make longer stays more comfortable.



Outside, the spacious patio is made for slow afternoons and relaxed evenings, with a hammock, BBQ and firepit providing the perfect spot to gather together.



For those who like to get out and explore, the garage comes stocked with:

• Two bicycles

• Three kayaks (two adult, one child)

• Life jackets



Whether you’re heading out for a bike ride, paddling in Encounter Bay, or enjoying a quiet evening back at the house, Cerca Del Agua is a place designed for slowing down and enjoying the coast.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

Sorry, no young children under the age of 12.

One well behaved non-shedding dog is allowed on holiday with you but please let us know beforehand. A $75 pet fee will be payable.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
