"Upon arrival we are told the hot tub works but not the pool which would’ve been nice to know considering that’s partially why we booked this stop when on a road trip. Getting to our room we notice our door has this wedge on the outside of it that clearly had to be entered at some point forcibly which is odd you wouldn’t replace or cover that edge of the door.
