"Very small room , no space for suitcases. I am 5 feet 6 inch skinny person . I was cramped in shower . Not sure how anyone with little more height and width can fit in shower. Breakfast was ok. Nobody bother to even greet us . Only reception girl was nice . She said she was American . Not sure Swiss people are racist or rude , zero customer service. Location was pretty close to train station which was good. No elevator so be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs "
