Location, Location, Location!!!!

Our townhome is nestled between Lemon Bay and Englewood Beach.

Enjoy this newly renovated, LARGE townhouse just steps to Englewood beach and less than a 5 minute walk to the approx. 5-6 restaurants, Circle K convenient store, and shopping. Most restaurants have live music every night.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse with a loft is spacious for you to enjoy while your on vacation. There are 4 beds. Each bedroom has a queen bed and upstairs there are two pull out full sofa beds.

Never worry about parking in the two-car garage below the condo. In the garage we have 5 bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, body boards, skimmer boards, pool floats, beach wagon and other beach toys for you to use. We also have corn hole and ring toss. If you enjoy fishing, there are two fishing poles in the garage to use. If you enjoy kayaking, bring your kayak and store in our garage. The bay is a few hundred feet away.

The outdoor pool is just steps from the condo and is heated in the winter months. Behind the pool is a dock on Lemon Bay where you can enjoy fishing or take your kayak out for some fun. You can also bring your small boat (max 16'), which may be docked at one of our slips for up to two weeks at a time. Please provide advance notice if you wish to reserve a slip.

Fun activities: Enjoy free beach yoga every day at 8:30 am. On Sunday and Wednesday nights around 5-6pm there are typically fun activities on the beach. Hula hoops, bongos, and more. Bring your beach chairs and enjoy the fun while watching the beautiful sunset.

On the Island there is also Deep-Sea Fishing with Captain Jacks, Dolphin Boat Tours, Parasailing, or rent your own boat/jet skis and more at Allure Boat Rental. Stump Pass Beach is short bike ride away or you can park your car there for $3.00. You can hunt for black shark teeth on the beach.

HIGHLIGHTS: Free WiFi/Internet, three Smart TVs- one in the living room and one in each bedroom, DVD Player, PlayStation (bring your own games), assortment of family friendly DVD's, games and cards, lots of board games, Washer/Dryer onsite, Fully Equipped Kitchen, bath and beach towels provided, two hair dryers, iron/ironing board and more.

Closest Airports- Punta Gorda (45 minutes), Sarasota (45 minutes), Fort Meyers (1 hour and 20 minutes)

January through April, we would prefer you stay as close to 1st and end as close to the end of the month since this is prime season. (Full "clean" months: example- January 1st-31st... not Jan. 1st- Feb. 4th) 28-30 day minimum still applies. Email us with any questions you have on this.
