"Everything good? Just like in the photos. The location is ideal for walking to the city center and crossing the bridge... close to lots of shops and restaurants. Best of all, I was able to walk—with my suitcases—to the train station both when I arrived and when I left; it took 5 minutes, tops."

"Room was nicely decorated, quite small not much room around the bed. There was a chair which made it difficult to maneuver around the one side of the bed. Bathroom clean & nice toiletries. Room was hot a/c didn’t seem to work. Bar & Bistro areas were lovely. Location great for walking around the city or getting to the station. "

"Spacious room on the 5th floor. Big bathroom with bath and a large shower. Full size fridge but minimal tea, coffee and milk provided, would like more. In room safe for your valuables. On the downside, little hanging room for clothes and only 4 hangers provided. We were staying as part of a longer visit to Switzerland so we struggled to hang all our clothes."

"This is a very nice hotel and was a great choice for our family trip. We had two rooms and asked for early check-in, and they kindly gave us our rooms at 12 PM, which we really appreciated. We arrived earlier at 7:00 AM to drop off our luggage after a long trip, but unfortunately not even a glass of water or a coffee was offered, which would have been a very nice gesture after long travels. The rooms are lovely and the location is perfect. The food at the hotel is good. However, the staff at the restaurant were not very pleasant or accommodating, which was disappointing. The beds and towels are excellent, and the spa is excellent as well. Overall, despite a few service issues, this is a very nice hotel and I would stay here again."
