"When we arrived, the hotel was less than two weeks old so everything was new new new! Which I absolutely loved. The downside is they didn’t tell us the hotel would only be at 30% capacity to train the team so the ‘party’ Element was definitely lacking. Also the team were quite untrained at the time with bar staff no knowing what Prosecco is or just the basic cocktails from their own menu. The entertainment staff were UNREALL!! So good and so full of energy throughout! We had the butler service but what this was for, I’m still not sure"

"This property was the best decision we made for this trip. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and willing to help you have the best trip possible in any way. The rooms are more beautiful than the pictures and the resort offers you beautiful views with a great sense of privacy. Although the resort is about a 40min taxi ride from the city, you can easily schedule a taxi or book any excursions with the resorts help. The vegan accommodations made daily were greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend this place or visit again. "

"The resort was beautiful, clean , and in the center of everything. I enjoyed Casa Roots restaurant however it’s not in walking distance so a cab is recommended. Also they’re only 3 options of restaurants on the property to eat and their hours vary . I enjoyed the Antigua breakfast at Salt Plage the best . Sandals resort is next door however in order to eat at their restaurants you have to purchase a day pass and I don’t know how much that is. Don’t get suckered I’m to paying for beach chairs . The resort has free ones if you get out early , they are white . Overall I was very pleased with my stay , check in and check out were smooth . The staff was friendly and helpful . I will be back "
