"It was really special to stay in Nelson’s Dockyard. We stayed in the lofts and it was very relaxing. Only downside is the walls are paper thin (old building, I should have expected this) so bring ear plugs or a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper! Restaurants were great at the hotel and the area is very walkable. There’s a complimentary boat to take you to Galleon Bay, which was a really nice beach."

Pineapple Beach Club Antigua - Adults Only – All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"First trip to Antigua and our stay at Pineapple Beach Club Antigua was a wonderful experience overall. We stayed in an ocean view room, and the views were absolutely beautiful! The beach and pool areas were consistently very clean, well maintained, and relaxing. The majority of the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the effort they put into the overall hospitality. A few things future travelers may want to know - the resort tends to cater to an older/retired crowd (we are in our early 40s), so many of the activities, entertainment, and dining atmosphere reflect that pace and demographic. That wasn’t necessarily a negative for us, just something to be aware of depending on the type of vacation you’re looking for. The food was decent overall, not exceptional, but the buffet did rotate options daily and offered a good variety from day to day. One area that could be improved is access to bottled water, since additional bottles were only available in the gift shop during limited hours beyond the two complimentary bottles provided in the room at arrival. Filter water stations are available at bars.
We also found the bar selections limited if you prefer premium options.
Those points aside, we truly had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The beautiful property, stunning beach, and hardworking staff made for a memorable vacation, and we’re very grateful for the hospitality we received. We would absolutely return here."
"Over 10 days I had three rooms every single room had an issue with it. Staff are excellent they have to be as the property is rundown and tired. The beach and pool area is beautiful. The buffet food is abundant not good but abundant acs barely work and the Wi-Fi is intermittent at best."
"The resort is located on a bay in a secluded part of the island, so if you are looking for a place to unwind and lose track of time, you found it. The premium rooms are amazing and the view of the bay is breathtaking. Waking up early everyday to this was worth it. We had a day bed to lounge on next to our plunge pool in the room to relax. The food was great, they have sit down breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Wednesday night is a BBQ buffet for dinner. There are docks that have tables set up to sit on the bay to relax and enjoy the view. The property has a beach and you are 25 minutes from Long Bay beach as well. This does save a trip to the other side of the island. The pool is next to the bar and is perfect to swim and lounge in with chairs on the built in ledge. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help. This a very laid back resort for couples so keep that in mind when booking. We loved it because it got us to slow down and just unwind from our busy work schedules. We will definitely be back again. Royalton CHIC Antigua, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort – Adults Only
8/10 Good
"Property is beautiful, beach is gorgeous, rooms for the Diamond Club and perks are the best. Wouldn’t stay in the resort on any other level. The diamond club butlers are the best! This resort is the most relaxing and provides entertainment nightly. Best restaurant is the steak house! And buffet near by. We went off season! I’m guessing due to this staffing was slim and so some restaurant staff seemed rude and sassy. But they didn’t ruin our mood and relaxation."
"Definitely would stay her again the room/ property was very clean the staff was very nice and friendly very close to a lot of things and especially the airport the only thing I would recommend a lil entertainment every now and then I also didn’t really like the food on the resort way overpriced I went off the resort to eat and and also there is a lot of mosquitoes which I know is out of the resorts control"
COCOS Hotel - Adults Only - Caters to Couples - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating for all our needs, call out to George and Kris! The food was very good at the restaurant. Beach was calm and serene, in a cove. There are a lot of steps and elevations on this property, so if you book, best to be in shape physically to have the best experience. Overall, beautiful built on the mountain and gorgeous sunsets."
