We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "For the price, this stay was surprisingly spacious. Check in and check out is done with the use of a iPad. Entry to the hotel and rooms are through keyless PIN codes. There’s a laundry machine, kitchen with a small fridge and stove. Walkable distance to the subway, shopping and restaurants, by the edge of Susukino. The only con was the bed cover had weird dirty stains and smells kind of funny. "

"the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice."

"家族(大2、幼2)で2泊利用させて頂きました。 建物が築年数たっているからなのか、クローゼットの建て付けが悪かったり、キッチンの引き出しを引いたら取っ手が取れたりしてました。が、 　お部屋は清潔感があり設備も必要最低限の物は揃っていて、ベッドやトイレなども綺麗に清掃されてました。　浴室は、古さを感じますが、問題なく使用することが出来、トータルしたら何不自由なく過ごせました。 強いて言えば、4人がけとかのテーブルがあったらもっと使い勝手が良かったと感じました。 繁華街も近く、交通の利便性も良いのでおすすめです。　また、機会がある時には利用したく思いました。"
