"We only see each other at weddings and wanted to get together for a longer time (without children because it's impossible to arrange it with my grand children whose ages range from 8-29. This requires accommodating spouses or older children). We had a great time. Ashville was great to walk around and has good restaurants. We spent a day visiting the Smoky Mountain National park, and a day at the Biltmore. The SunnySide was great, perfect for us. Close to downtown and easy to get to."

"The cabin is a perfect couples getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sounds of the creek right next to the cabin. It’s close enough to Asheville and hiking but not too close to be too touristy. The only thing I would mention is that the yard is not fully fenced in like it looks like on the pictures. I specifically had chosen that cabin for that because we were bringing our dogs. And we had some ants in the kitchen but I guess it comes with being out in nature."

"Just got back from spending two nights at this property with a group of friends. The rooms are massive!! Everyone loved the hot tub and the horses were adorable. The place was very clean and the host was great with being accommodating and attentive. The place also is labeled to make the adjustment of a new house even easier! We had the best time!!"

"The place is nice, cozy, and quiet, boasting stunning Mountain View’s in a a great location 15mins drive from Asheville downtown. The host was outstanding, always available to answer any questions promptly. The house is well-maintained, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Notably, the fireplace was thoughtfully stocked with firewood, which was carefully covered to protect it from the rain. I highly recommend this place!"

"We come every year for my husband's work ang basically just need a clean, safe space to stay which includes 2 rooms, a full kitchen, wifi, and hopefully a hottub. This place met all of our needs!"

"A very well appointed and beautiful-house. Everything you need is there. A wardrobe with drawers would be helpful in the room with 2 queens as well as an additional bath room on the 3rd floor, even a powder room. And we mastered that extremely steep and narrow driveway. Overall very nice. We enjoyed our stay and recommend."

"Little Sparrow was just right for us. We were in town for our son's track meet at UNCA. The campus was only 8 minutes away, and the house was wonderful. I agree with the comments of another reviewer who said it was even nicer in person. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and back porch were really nice. I will definitely stay at Little Sparrow next time I am in Asheville."

"We loved our stay here - the place was sparkling clean when we arrived and was well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have two dedicated parking spots, and the location was very convenient. We could easily walk down to Light Side coffee and Beaver Lake, and downtown Asheville was a short drive away.
