Der schöne Garten mit den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, die ruhige Lage am Rande des Parks, sowie die Nähe zum Meer, zur Stadt Lemmer, mit den vielen Lokalitäten direkt am Wasser und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten runden das Ambiente ab.
