Very rundown!! Bare minimum. But what do you we expect for the cost of the room. Housekeeper was very sweet. He checked in on me a few times knowing I was traveling by myself.

Spectacular View

This property was surprisingly clean . From a distance I was nervous. But the housekeeping lived onsite and was very polite and showed us everywhere things were.. The inside of the property seemed to ope up and it was wonderful to has such large beautiful grounds to walk jog play do yoga or walk the dog on.. Spactacular View...

Fit the bill

We needed an inexpensive place to stay in the Enterprise area. This fit the bill. Our main criteria was it be clean. And it was. The employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Super friendly staff and Peaceful Secluded Locatio

The Staff for keeping the rooms up were on point. They had 2 men living on site that approached us and immediately asked if we needed anything. And made sure we got our linin done by a certain time everyday. The middle of the development was a beautiful swimming area and Extra large parking lots for taking a jog or a Big Rig to park. And could walk the doggies if you have them. They offer weekly rates if needed and the Rooms are huge and the TV's have possibility of programming hulu netflix lots of options.. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends and family.. Love the Location. Very off the Road and Parking not viewed from Rod love this Very peaceful location..

This property is at best 1-2 stars. No breakfast as advertised. Pet fee more than advertised. Bathrooms needs major renovations. Neighborhood seems sketchy. Lots of vagrants. Ok for 1 to nights.

The foyer, if you can call it that reeks of urine and B.O. It was so bad that the smell stuck with me and I smelled it all night. The mattress collapsed on one side and I rolled out of bed. The live entertainment next door made things interesting. Seems there is an all night commercial operation going on. $40 seems to be the going rate for the numerous customers. I heard her scream "Daddy" along with other amorous taunts but I'm suspect of any real family resemblance.

The property had open wiring. Sheets had holes. Towels well i have rags that are in better condition. Smoking rooms only. Peeling paint. Mold in shower and moldy shower curtain. Nicotine stained everywhere No coffee, no ice. Walmart and Publix are close by. Small fridge and microwave. Worked Well. Maintenance staff great, friendly. Furniture fabric covered chair stained, dirty and gross. Belongs in the dump. Surveillance cameras , live bug on pillow and dead bug on hotel policy card. No hangers no cups. Towels washed and returned. All towels and bedding assigned to room. No tissues no room phone. Unsecured wifi intermittent. Roku tv not cable. Bring sanitizing wipes, paper towel s and cups utensils. Only 3 plugs in room. Poor lighting thin walls. Should not be open. I hope AAA has not been here recently. AAA 2 star. Hotel has 3 different signs. Don’t honor AAA. Hotel 6 hotel 8 and Rodeway hotel and suites

The place was so bad I had to leave and find a different place to stay. it was dirty things were broken on missing in the room. Bathroom floor was flooded with nasty water. The list goes on and on.
