"Room clean and the right size for a family of 4. Staff helpful and good breakfast.
Main issue was the lack of AC in one of the hottest weeks in Germany. Probably is better not to go during the summer."

"A very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very clean and they made a real effort for my”speacil needs” breakfast. Disntbuse the spa but it looked fantastic. A well run hotel with real emphasis on customer service. The only negative thing was that the hotel was “closed” on arrival (12:30 am) and if there had not been a few people in the bar outside I am not sure how we would have got in. "

"Extremely spacious, well maintained, friendly and welcoming staff. Bonus that breakfast was included too.
I was a bit taken aback at having to pay for parking overnight being in a residential area.
Overall we will definitely return here if visiting Baden-Baden. "
