  • We offer a 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the 2nd floor with a large kitchen and family room. We are located minutes off 222.. Within a 15-20 minute drive you can be at many of the main attractions in the area Easy access to intercourse village, the quaint town of Lititz, Adamstown antiques, Lancaster City, Strasburg, sight and Sound & Nook sports complex The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, baking dishes and dinnerware. All linens are provided. Whether you are looking for a few day vacation home or working in the area for a longer time frame we look forward to hosting you

The overall impression is that it is very clean and has everything you would need for your stay. The owners are polite, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We have stayed here for many days three years in a row.

Quiet little hideaway

This apartment was in a quiet little neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night but did not seem to be a walkable distance to any restaurants or attractions worth noting.

Great place to relax while visiting Lancaster!

We stopped in Lancaster county to take in a show at Sight and Sound while travelling back to CT from a visit with our son in Ohio. Brownstown was the perfect place to relax after driving and visiting the beauty of the Amish country. We will most likely stay in Brownstown again!

The apartment is cozy and very lovely. Very clean and decorated so nice. The kitchen is very nice with a few snacks and coffee to welcome guest's. The rooms are big and it was so nice to relax.. We will be staying again when in Lancaster. No more motels for us.

This property is located up an outside staircase that was well lit for our after dark arrival. It was the cleanest rental I've stayed in and had lots of homey touches that made us feel very welcome and cared for. My family of 5 only stayed one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. I can't recommend this place enough.

Hard to overstate how nice this place is. It is relaxing, clean, perfectly decorated, comfortable, quiet. We loved it so much! The only thing I would suggest for an improvement would be better cookware- if you plan on doing a lot of your own cooking you may want to bring a good pan or two. But we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Short & Sweet Family Getaway

This property was very clean & comfortable. Linens , toiletries, snacks, coffee, etc. are provided. I was with adult children & grandma, whom I don't get to see as often as I'd like. We did a little Christmas shopping at Green Dragon Flea Market, saw a show at Plain & Fancy Farm, visited Kitchen Kettle Village & Cackleberry Farm Antique Mall & enjoyed a birthday dinner at Miller's. Everything was perfect.

The place was very clean and well decorated. Unfortunately we had to leave because the air conditioning was broken and it was just too hot for us. The owners were very nice about it. They tried to fix it quickly but it required someone to come fix it. They agreed to refund our fee and we went to a hotel. It truly is a really nice place to stay
