Comfortable house in great neighborhood.

We were there for a family reunion. Had young kids who enjoyed the foosball table. The rooms were decent size and the beds comfortable. Centrally located to many restaurant’s. We were there for July 4th and unfortunately many of the restaurants were closed that week. An easy drive to Hershey. Great backyard. We spent most of our time in the backyard. Would go back again.

Wonderful Place!

We had a wonderful vacation here. The house is very clean and fit our family of 8 adults and 2 children. The location in the town allow easy access to a host of different shops. It is also a very easy drive to Hershey and all the attractions there. Definitely would recommend this place for a stay!

Amazing stay

This house is beautiful, the pictures are accurate and the back garden is gorgeous. Conveniently located to Hershey and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend Rubber Soul Brewing! We had a great time and hope to be back.

Charming property and town!

Just what the doctor ordered for a few girlfriends looking for a quick weekend escape. The house was charming, clean, and had most everything we needed. The patio was darling. Walking distance to eateries. The town was adorable too! And super close to Hershey park and Hershey hotel (if you are looking for chocolate and spa appts). Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic trip!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Inn on Main and already have another reservation for later this year. It is a great place for multigenerational families with four well-appointed bedrooms and a roomy downstairs. The backyard is enjoyable with the hot tub, fire pit and grill with seating areas. Location is fantastic and within walking distance to several restaurants (including Palermo's - our favorite!) Looking forward to our next upcoming trip.

Family Holiday Trip

This house was not only beautiful and held incredible charm, it was in a perfect location for a visit to Hershey and had a great amount of space for my my husband, my children, and my two infant grandsons. It was decorated for the holiday and had every amenity you could need. We plan to make this a family tradition as it is located 1/2 way for all of us. Could not have been happier!

Beautiful and Clean!

The house was huge and beautiful! The listing was very accurate. We had some VRBO issues before check in, but Kyle was very helpful and responsive. Everything was incredibly clean and tidy. We really enjoyed the location, and did quite a bit of walking. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the foosball table. There was plenty of room for our party of 9. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for us

The house was perfect. Plenty of space for 8 adults. They did a wonderful job of modernizing the place without losing the original style and charm. The outdoor space is amazing. The location was ideal. Walking distance to all sorts of shops and brewery. Short drive to Hershey and Troegs. Kyle was very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Hershey area.

A gem of a place!

This place was perfect for a mom’s weekend getaway! We had 9 people in our group and there was plenty of space for us to spread out amongst the bedrooms! I love that for this many women the place had 3 nice size bathrooms as well. The Inn was well stocked with the essentials and checking in and out was super easy! The fire pit and hot tub were a lovely perk of the property. Our group unanimously decided they would all stay there again! The location was central to a lot of activities in the area. Thank you for sharing this property with us!

Inn on the main is a must!

Had a wonderful time staying at this VRBO! It was clean, equipped and stocked well for our stay! Thank you for allowing us to fully enjoy our family vacation with no problems. The only issue we had which was not your fault was the neighbors had let their dogs out in the middle of the night one night and we were woken up to the barking. It didn’t last too long as I’m sure my husband would have handled it!

Best reunion ever!

This was a special reunion of friends and family that haven’t seen each other in 8 years! What a perfect home for us to reunite! It was beautiful, equipped with everything we needed and wanted! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were superbly comfortable! The backyard was a little tranquil oasis, perfectly lit for evening grilling and sipping wine. The owner made check in a snap and was always available if needed. Best property I’ve ever rented! Thank you for making our vacation the best one ever! Jessica

Enjoyed having the hot tub. I wish there was a bedroom downstairs as we had an older couple that struggled with the steep stairs . Not exactly the easiest stairs for them to get up and down. Thankfully there was a bathroom downstairs . I feel like the pictures were a little outdated as the house it’s self needed a good deep cleaning. Otherwise it was a great location in a cute quiet area. We had a great stay. Thanks.

Lovely stay with friends

Beautiful and clean property in a quaint downtown neighborhood. Just minutes away from Hershey Park and Chocolate Town. We really appreciate how the owners have kept the property well maintained and that they provide lots of essentials for your stay. Just as an observation, the layout of the beautiful old building is quite unique. There are two sets of stairs (so cool!). The set in the kitchen seems to be original, which does mean they are not the standard size steps that we are used to. Also, instead of a hallway configuration, three of the upstairs bedrooms are connected, so the back bedroom inhabitants do have to walk through the second bedroom to access a bathroom on the second floor. Not a negative- just want to share so people can make informed choices for their stay. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home!

Great Family Vacation Spot

The Inn on Main was a very charming property. We all loved the history and the location. There were 6 adults in our family and we all had ample room and privacy. We loved being able to walk down Main Street and explore the small business shops and eateries. We went to PA to celebrate my dad's 85th birthday and to relive past childhood adventures...Gettysburg, Lancaster and Hersheypark. There are only a couple of small things that we found would improve the property...lamps would be beneficial in the downstairs family areas. Only having overhead lighting. especially in the TV area, was quite stark. Also, some sharp steak knives would be helpful when preparing evening meals. If we ever travel back to PA as a family (we all now live in New England) we would definitely stay at the Inn on Main again!

Inn on Main Worth the Price

If you think that this home is pricey, all that I can say is that it is completely worth it! The owners were very responsive and communicated with me through a problem that I created with the reservation. At no time did I worry that things would not work out because the owners put me at such ease. The home is wonderful! It was fun staying in a renovated, very old home complete with wood floors, 12 foot ceilings, and interesting design. The owners left us wanting for nothing. They left water and breakfast items in case you could not get to a grocery store when you arrived. The appointments were too numerous to mention. They really thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay enjoyable. The air conditioning worked great, which was very necessary as it was 100 degress for two of our days, and it was never lower than 92! The management company was super responsive as well. I had a couple of questions and comments through the week, and each was responded to quickly and professionally. We met in Hummelstown as a central point for my two daughters who live in New York City and Pittsburgh, and as a way to prevent having to quaranteen after the week, which would have been necessary if they had come to North Carolina for our usual week's vacation at our home at the beach. We had such an enjoyable time, we decided that we would stay at this house some other time when we were not restricted by COVID-19, and would be able to spend time more time enjoying the things that the Hershey/Harrisburg area has to offer. Thanks to the owners and management for a very enjoyable stay!

Hershey Weekend

This was our 2nd year staying at the Inn. The place is beautiful and close to Hershey. The town is cute and quaint and great little restaurants are in walking distance of the property. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay close to Hershey

The perfect rental

The house was so charming. The rooms were very large. The kitchen was well-equipped. The hot tub was clean and hot! The fire pit was a great addition. We sat around it on chilly nights. Loved the fooseball table! The large parking lot, the closeness to shops and restaurants. Would recommend this house to groups from 4 to 8!

Family Visit

This is a lovely and well-maintained property with historic charm. It is very clean with excellent amenities. The owners respond to any inquiries very quickly. The property is also very convenient to multiple area attractions and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, and plan to visit again in the future.

The area was great. plenty of food places & shops around to walk to.

The property was very nice, lots of room we were 5 adults & 7 children (ages 2 -9). We were able to enjoy the house, hot tub, & spend lots of time outside on the deck. The host responded to all our concern quickly & efferently. Thanks for a great time & the memories we made our family.
