ROMANTIC TROUT FISHING CABIN - WiFi, HotTub FirePit, Blue Ridge, RiverMistCabin

  • We are just 90 minutes from Atlanta in a place of exceptional natural beauty offering peace & quiet plus championship trout fishing. This cabin is just 10 miles from Blue Ridge, GA, which is an upscale mountain town offering fine dining, shopping, antiquing, festival's and a vibrant art scene. Surrounded by mountains, lakes & streams there's plenty of opportunities for rafting, tubing, kayaking, fishing, hiking and horseback riding. Very accessible from both Atlanta & Chattanooga. Wildlife is abundant such as deer, raccoons, hawks and eagles. The master bedroom/bath is on the main level for easy access with a brand new king size bed and now has a 38” TV (not yet shown in photo). The loft has 2 queen size beds, TV, shower, with futon on the top deck. There are easy steps down to the creek for fishing and wading. White water raft the famous Ocoee River, Tube down Fightingtown Creek, or canoe the Toccoa River, they are all so close! The Ocoee Whitewater Center, site of the 1996 Olympics Whitewater Competition, is just 25 minutes away. We are nestled back in a quiet peaceful small gated community close to shopping, grocery stores, hospital, etc.

River mist is a great place to relax and have a great time. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. It has outside games and a great fire pit area. The creek is awsome to hang out by and fish in. The hosts was great with getting the information to you with directions and access. We will definitely be coming back here again

This place is picturesque cabin. The views were spectacular. The cabin was cozy and the owners were great. It was a great place to spend time together as a family. You will not be disappointed.

Such a cozy, quaint, perfect cabin! The location is perfect right along the creek for those of you who don’t like those mountain roads ! The owners are very communicative and nice to deal with (for lack of a better word). Very convenient to downtown blue ridge. Would definitely definitely stay here again. It’s just beautiful. Very Hansel and Gretle like. We loved it! And wished we had more time there.

Wonderful cabin on fightingtown creek

Cabin on the creek was a perfect getaway for our family of four. From the corn hole boards, to porch swings, hot tub with a relaxing view of the creek and fishing, this house has something for everyone. You will not want to leave!

One of the best stays we've ever had! Everything about this cabin was exactly the getaway we wanted for our anniversary. The cabin was clean and cozy and the hot tub was spotless! The cabin is perfectly placed between two towns where you can find anything you want within a 20 min or less drive. Blue Ridge has some of the best shops and eatery's and We can't stop thinking about Grace Prime Steakhouse. The owner of the property is over and beyond helpful and had so much great information about the area. Any questions we had they responded very quickly! We can't wait to return and enjoy another weekend in this wonderful place.

Cozy

The best part about our stay was being next to the river and enjoying the fire pit under the stars. The cabin was very clean and the loft is perfect for kids. The beds were super comfortable, too. The porch swing and rocking chairs were favorite spots, too.

Off the beaten path and perfect in every way. Lot’s of fish to catch and plenty to do. Very clean and well kept and didn’t feel or look like a rental as these places can sometimes do. Owner called to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to book again. You do have neighbors on each side but separated by trees and fence. People were friendly and waived. Waterfront feature takes the cake, close to Mercier Orchard and other fun stuff. Don’t wait, book with confidence!

Wonderful Cabin

We had a great stay at this cabin. The place was immaculate and the setting was beautiful. The owner's are very easy to get in touch with and very quick to respond. As you go about the cabin you will see the they have truly put thought into everything....all the little details are tended too. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Wonderland

We brought our grandparents to this property and it was just as wonderful as I had hoped. The fishing was top notch, the views were amazing, the location is just far enough to make you feel like you’re out of town and in your own world! We will be back here!

Great cabin on the river

I'm always a little worried that the place never holds up to the pictures, but this place was spot on. River was right there, making it for easy fishing. Summer would be fabulous for tubing. Since it was cold, the fire pit was pecfect. It was a great cabin to enjoy the outdoors and relax. Would stay again.

The cabin was clean and it was very nice being on the river. The hosts did a good job communicating as well. However, the home is in Epworth, not Blue Ridge. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Further, it is not three bedrooms. There’s one downstairs bedroom with an upstairs split loft that has two beds and a bathroom. Also, it’s a bit tough to get to, so if you have a minivan or a smaller car it might be a bit tough, especially in rain or snow.
