"The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences."

Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely."

"They missed a few details such as mowing the front and back yard. We had a dog but could not walk it. The grass and weeds were up to my knees. The cleaning crew was there even after our check in time. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and no paper towel in the kitchen. Overall, a nice spacious house centrally located and beautifully furnished and decorated."

"We traveled for a funeral and had 6 adults staying at the house. The house set up was optimal for this type of scenario as it is 3 levels with multiple sitting spaces and several of the beds also have pull out beds beneath them, making this house able to comfortably accomodate large families. The back patio has a screened in gazebo with lighting and made for great evening entertainment.
