"The place was great! The air conditioning was great! I think the only issue was the lighting. I think there was supposed to be nice LED lighting on the staircase (like in their adjacent property), but it was not finished. I think just a few lamps - in the bedroom #2 and downstairs would be great. Staff were helpful. location is a bit out of the way, but quiet, which was perfect for us."

"Wonderful Stay — True Italian Hospitality! This hotel was absolutely wonderful—we did not want to leave! The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They truly understand hospitality. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything and just minutes from the Rialto Bridge. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The full Italian breakfast was included and was a wonderful way to start each morning. The hotel also provided water and other drinks at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful touch. The AC was fantastic and easily the best we experienced during our Italy trip! After long days of exploring, coming back to a cool, comfortable room made for some of the best sleep we had in Italy. We also appreciated the hotel's hospitality after checkout. They held our luggage while we continued exploring, which allowed us to enjoy our final hours in Venice without carrying our bags around. Everything about our stay was lovely. The location, staff, breakfast, comfort, and thoughtful extras made this hotel stand out. These people understand hospitality! We absolutely loved our stay and truly did not want to leave. We would happily stay here again!"

"The staff here are really friendly and helpful! We stayed on the first floor which doesn't have elevator access but still requires you to go up stairs in order to reach your room. That part was fine enough but if you have mobility issues this is something to be mindful of. The location was great! It's super close to all the places we wanted to visit and love that there's direct access from a water taxi. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Take the orange Alliguna water taxi from the airport then a five minute walk from the Giglio stop. $18 euros pp one way. This boutique hotel is perfect. Short walk to the touristy areas but far enough away to be scenic and quiet and feels like old Venice ! King bed was comfortable and the bathroom was awesome. We were upgraded to a junior suite room 121 with an excellent view of the canal. Well insulated for noise control too. Stay here and you will get your beauty rest!"

"The building and decorations are fantastic, the cleaning team wa excellent, the reception team was too cold, I didn't feel welcomed by them. Perhaps was the language barrier. The room we stayed had fried oil and food smell all the time, but it was clean and the A/C was fantastic."
