"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. "We arrived and were met by Mpho, a fantastic representative of the hotel. She was welcoming and professional and really stood out throughout our stay. All the people were brilliant. The hotel is in a brilliant location for all the sights, we walked everywhere with ease. The room was spotlessly clean with good quality products. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice and we liked the lounge area. The coffee machine there was not working very well but in the morning you could nip down to the breakfast area for your coffee fix. Great hotel with even better staff. "
