"Perfect location for exploring the city on foot or transit! Very helpful staff at main desk 24/7. Comfortable room with blackout blinds and good air conditioning. Building exterior wasn't overly secure as main gate did not lock but room was well secured with key card access and a security lock inside. Neighbourhood is very lively day and night but room and building complex quiet. Our units balcony overlooked a courtyard not the street thankfully. Unit could use a refresh of area rugs as very stained but easy to move out of the living area and not use. Amenities were just ok, especially for a long stay. Single use shower soaps and shampoo, no kitchen linens or paper towel, very rudimentary kitchen supplies. Only coffee/tea for 1 use. We were offered a housekeeping visit mid stay but only the trash was emptied, no cleaning or replenishment of supplies used. Overall, we would stay again especially for the convenience and ease/staff/location and now that we know better what to expect."
