The hotel was clean and updated and the room was spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the pool area. There's a kiddy pool with a mushroom fountain, lovely hot tub, refreshing pool and relaxing sauna that smells so lovely. It was a great area to relax during our trip. The front desk staff was friendly and quickly helped us with securing an additional ice bucket and fresh towels, we requested. Overall great place and awesome for stays with children.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and although the pool and fitness room were under construction, guests were able to use the sister hotel's amenities. The hotel was attached and a short walk away.

The room temperature was comfortable and was clean. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows from which to choose. There was a low hum all night. One of the light shades was broken. The window shears were torn. The bathroom sink drained slow.

Close to shopping, restaurants, and site seeing. My granddaughter loved the pool. Room and bathroom were clean. Air conditioner very cold-loved it! Staff were friendly and helpful. Not to be super picky but my family was pointing out long black hairs sticking out of the towels and I wasn’t crazy about the stains on the white comforters.

Front desk staff was very warm, supportive, and solutions-oriented. It was especially nice to have sliding glass and screen doors to an outside porch, which I used every day. It was inconvenient to have to walk through the hotel to the Hilton to use the fitness area, though I was grateful for the backup option while maintenance happened on the Marriott fitness room. I plan to return here.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. My only annoyance was we paid a head for breakfast for myself and my child- $18 each. He was able to order a kids meal which was French toast, eggs or cereal. I was able to order off the menu. All items were cheaper off the menu. Our meals included a drink, so I guess our bottled milk and juice were over $6. Food was good just order off the menu not pay ahead! This hotel had a great pool area!

I don't like the owner--Scott--he will rip you off every chance he gets. We bought 2 chardonnays in the Hilton connected bar area and was charged $12 each and this was basic wine that costs $8 a bottle at the store. Otherwise, the staff was good. The hotel is in need of repair, and they are working on that. The room price was reasonable.
