"The room was great and the staff wonderful. The restaurant food was very good and has soft lighting and not very loud music, all perfect for the weary traveller. The only glitch was that there was no coffee machine in the room and when housekeeping brought one, it didn’t work. Please bring back regular drip coffee machines not the Keurig ones! They make terrible coffee and so much garbage waste with the pods. I’ve stayed here before and may well come back on my travels between western Canada and other destinations. "

"Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was fresh and air conditioning worked. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the first day, however the hot tub was drained when we went to use it the next day. A little disappointing as that was part of the deciding factor on what hotel to book. On the positive though, they did upgrade our room (in horor of congratulating my daughter on the trophy she won) when we first arrived. Thank you Holiday Inn!"
