I’m so impressed with this hotel and best thing I liked is the location, so convenient to go to any part of thie city from there. All staffs were friendly and helpful especially manger Mr Binoy. The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. "

"Please don't select any deals for this place from hotels.com I had booked 5 rooms on the basis of a deal via hotels. com and got confirmation almost 5 months in advance. On the day of my booking the hotel says that they haven't confirmed it. If that's the case then please don't list this on the website. This has been my worst experience via hotels.com and i would never recommend this garbage place to anyone."
