"Breathtaking view… we loved the vibe of this stay..super friendly helpful staff…sparkling clean restrooms and common areas…great little restaurant just a minute outside…cozy rooms… free breakfast..lots to do nearby…we didn’t have a restroom in our room but it was very close by and extremely clean. "We were upgraded to the Panorama Suite complete with lounge room, full width panoramic windows and balcony. Could ask for better views of the mountains. Staff were great and buffet breakfast was great. A must stay at this hotel."

"Good breakfast, spa was nice, room was nice, though storage for ski stufclothing and luggage was limited. Ski room/lockers were good. Shuttle took us to train station and lifts. Good restaurant for dinner."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even extended it by one day! Loved their breakfast , dining area, and the ability to use washer dryer. Rooms were comfortable and clean with breathtaking spectacular views. Best thing was accessibility to terminal for bus, train and gondola rides!"

"The hotel has a commanding position in Wengen. The view of the mountains and valley are fantastic, and the common areas attract the guests to them. The hotel was clearly high-end decades ago, but has faded a bit. Some will find this charming, while others may not. The breakfast was excellent and should accommodate all tastes. The staff were outstanding, very personable and helpful."

"Overall, lovely hotel and in a great location in the town centre. Spa and pool are the highlight. Room was comfy and fresh, think we had a updated room which was nice. It did however lack coat hooks and places to hang wet robes and towels...a basic that's missing. Breakfast was ok, it didn't quite hit expectations. Could have done with a few more hot options. Would definitely recommend. "
