"This is not what I thought. The staff have a hard time with communication. The room was dusty with spiders. I was put in the bottom level with a parking lot view. The castle was not busy. Sauna was nice and the pool was nice. Food was really good. "

"Mein Sohn und ich hatten ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe.Was daran jetzt Deluxe war,weiĂ ich ehrlich gesagt nicht.Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich,wir hatten auch einen groĂen Fernseher an der Wand und eine Regendusche aber auĂgerechnet an der groĂen Fensterfront war der Griff abgebrochen und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen.Dementsprechend dreckig war es auch.Der versprochene Blick aufs Meer war ein seitlicher Blick auf den Wreechener See nicht auf die Ostsee.

Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didnât even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldnât run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
"Impressed with the hotelâs professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited.
The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic.
