"The house is well located but it was not clean. Dirty dishes were just put in the cubboard and the shower upstairs leaked through the ceiling in the living room. Afterwards we received an invoice to pay extra for electricity. This was not indicated on the website beforehand."

"Das Haus ist in echt noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Küche ist riesig und ist vollkommen ausgestattet- viel besser als in normalen Ferienhäusern. Die Aussicht ist in alle Richtungen der Wahnsinn und aufgrund der Hanglage hat man in beiden Stockwerken die Möglichkeit rauszugehen. Ferdinand ist ein wunderbarer Host. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!"

Im Dachgeschoss mit unfassbar schönem Rundumblick liegt der Wohnbereich mit offner Küche. Für alle die das Kochen lieben ist die Küche ein echtes Highlight! Die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig. "This spacious chalet will not disappoint! Plenty of room for the entire family and has everything you need for a nice vacation. Easy to find, has a fully equipped kitchen and everything is modern. Covered parking and close to all the local towns of Kaprun and Zell Am See. Owner is very responsive and easy to reach for any questions. Has fantastic view of the mountains! There is a grill for a BBQ too. Very peaceful neighborhood."
