It's a great location.

The location is amazing. The house is spacious enough while still small. A strong cellar smell is in the air which we could get rid of by cleaning the house thoroughly. The one thing we want to emphasize is definitely the infestation of spiders. Yes. Spiders. All forms and sizes - everywhere. Even now that we unpacked a raincoat..a spider with a body of of a one euro coin crawled out of a pocket. The house could have used a deep clean and maybe some mild extermination. No wifi is known, listed and ok..but You also will have no cell reception..no calls and text possible. So a emergency phonecall is only possible 1km away from the house. The property manager "gardien" is very nice and helpful.

Weekend prolongé à la mer

Réservation de dernière minute. L'hôte nous a contacté un peu avant le séjour pour régler les détails de l'arrivée. Très flexible sur les horaires. Maison conforme à la description. Petit jardin à l'arrière agréable. Nous avons mangé plusieurs fois devant la maison pour voir la mer pendant le repas. Moins de deux minutes pour aller à la plage à pied.

Séjour en famille

Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants et avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Joachim. L’emplacement est idyllique à deux pas de la (très belle) plage. Les enfants et les grands étaient ravis. La maison est dans son jus mais bien équipée et juste ce qu’il faut d’espace. Les lits étaient confortables. La vue mer depuis la maison est superbe et dépaysante. Attention cependant comme il est indiqué dans l’annonce il n’y a vraiment aucun wifi et quasi zéro réseau dans la maison et les alentours.

Kleines Haus am Meer

Wie letztes Jahr, haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. zum Frühstück die Balkon Tür geöffnet, schon fühlt man sich, als würde man mit der Tasse Kaffee am Strand sitzen. Auch so bietet die Unterkunft alles, was nötig ist um sich wohlzufühlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Photos non conforme à l'état quasi insalubre de la maison. Même si elle est située face à la mer, nous arrivons dans une maison sale. La cheminée n'existe plus, il y a un tru au plafond. Il reste quelques gravats au sol !!! Rien n'a été nettoyé, nous retrouvons des pâtes et des restes de salades dans l'évier. Après 48 heures de négociation avec le propriétaire, il nous demande de quitter les lieux sur l'instant ! Nous nous retrouvons à la rue. INCROYABLE, puis plus aucune nouvelle de Abritel. Aucune proposition de relogement !!! Heureusement, nous avons été remboursé de 75% du prix de la location.

Einfach traumhaft!

Wir haben, in diesem Jahr, nur kurzfristig buchen können. Beim googeln bekamen wir diesen wundervollen Ort angezeigt. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht, direkt am Meer. Wir sind abends mit Meeresrauschen eingeschlafen und waren immer überrascht, wo das Wasser wohl morgens stand. Der Tidenhub ist hier enorm. Das Haus ist sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung reicht völlig aus und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Vom Esstisch aus kann man das Meer sehen und mit ein paar Schritten steht man schon im weichen Sand. Der Strand ist sauber und sachte abfallend. Das Meer schillert türkisfarben. In der Gegend gibt es sehr viele Erkundungsmöglichkeiten. Gerne würden wir im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen . Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!! Danke für eine wunderschöne Zeit!!

Quel paradis !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Joachim qui ne pourrait pas être mieux située pour qui veut profiter de la plage et de la nature dans le plus grand des calmes ! Les environs sont splendides et regorgent d'activités pour tous les âges. La maison est équipée de manière à ce qu'on ne manque de rien. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir !

Tolles Ferienhaus direkt am Strand

Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Aufgrund der Größe und voll ausgestatteten Küche aber auch problemlos für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Super ruhige Lage und trotzdem gut erreichbar. Direkt am schönen Strand und auf dem quasi vor dem Haus verlaufenden Wanderweg GR34 lassen sich Spaziergänge und auch kleinere Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus starten. Die Gegend ist abwechslungsreich und von wilder Schönheit. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Wonderful week at a special place

we have spent a wonderful week at this house in Lanruen. It was clean and we missed nothing. The sandy beach is just 100 m in front of the house. A Super-Market is reachable within 10 min. by car. At low tide you can walk to Petit Mont St. Michel or to Sable d´or les pins. Alongside the cost there is a very nice trace to Erquy which passes other dreamable beaches. We think that this place is not only for families a wonderful place . We enjoyed it very much.
