"Absolutely phenomenal stay from the moment of check-in. The blonde woman was so kind, courteous and welcoming. She wanted to ensure our room was ready, sat us down with a cappuccino and took our bags to our room. It was absolutely a wonderful welcome. The rooms were nice size with balcony, gorgeous lake views and sitting area and generous size bathroom and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!!! We wish we could have stayed for a week! "

"The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station. The hotel gives you a discount train pass for the whole area, good for trains and buses. The pass also gives you a 10% discount for Mount Pilatus train ride. Morning breakfasts are included. It is a great place to stay."

"Love love this hotel. It was very clean and staff are super friendly. I’m definitely staying here again and will recommend everyone to check this place out. We took advantage of the bus right in front of the hotel. You can cross the street and be at the most peaceful part of Lake Luzern. I enjoyed my walk and dipping my feet in the lake. I can’t wait to go back! Oh and the breakfast was heavenly. "
