Aynı bölgede tekrar kalınabilir. Güzel bir hotel. Odalar çok sıcaktı :) Akşam yemeği konusunda biraz çeşitlilik gerekli. Biraz sezon değildi diye sanırım bize pek hitap etmedi.

2200 m yükseklikte, Palandöken kayak tesisinin yanıbaşında , güleryüzlü yardımsever çözüm odaklı personeli ile geniş, temiz, konforlu bir otel. Kahvaltısı yeterli, fiyat performans harika.

Harika bir Tatil

Cok temiz, sicak bir butik otel. Kayak cikis yerine cok yakin, 100 m. civari uzaklikta, vede otelin ucretsiz servisi var. Kayak bolgesi bir harika. Otel Calisanlarinin yardim seferberligi, ilgilsi ve de sicak davranislari kendimizi evimizde hissettirdi. Odalar , hamam, masaj, restoran bolumleri de cok guzel ve de konforluydu. Annem, ben ve yegenim olarak cok guzel bir zaman gecirdik. Yemekler de lezzetliydi vede Asci nin cok ozel ilgisi de yemek saatini daha bir aratir oldu. Kesinlikle 10 uzerinden 10 puan hak eden bir otel. Bu arada soylemedn gecemiyecegim. Hem otel, hem de yakin cevredeki insanlarin tok gozlu olmasi bize daha bir mutluluk verdi. Cunku Erzurumda bulundugumuz her mekanda ki fiyatlarin cok olculu olmasi, gelen tatilcilere para gozu ile bakilmadigini gosteriyor vede sicak davranislari bu sehrin insanini bir baska ozel yapiyor. Erzurum halkina vede Balsoy Otel e cok tesekkur ederiz.
