"Clean staff friendly "

"The pictures in Expedia were very deceiving. This is more of a 3 star hotel. Consist of 2 buildings, First room given was in the second building which looked rough and poorly kept. Room smelled of mold as soon as you entered. Went to receptionist and requested a better room. Second room in first building was better, however, after the first day, discovered that the air conditioner was rigged to cool to 73 degrees and then stop. When it reached 78 degrees it would turn on again. A/C also...

"Parking was great. The staff were nice and orderly. I always rave about this hotel chain because they genuinely do a great job. One of the elevators was down while we were there but we still barely waited. They do not have a hiring and their swimming pool is on the smaller side but still worth swimming in! Had so much fun diving for toys! One thing i would note is there were a few things in the room that were not cleaned before we arrived. Such as the mirrors. It’s not a huge detail but it is...

"The pull out bed in the room was only a twin size. Needed a queen for 2. One kid had to sleep on the floor, not enough room."

"It was close to the Interstate exit There was something going on w/ the A/C thru out the hotel !! A mildew smell continued for our overnight stay ! I saw the desk clerk spray the hall unit w/ air freshener"
