"Top notch hotel with nice helpful staff especially front desk. The rooms are very spacious at 450 square feet, with some having balconies! The hotel is 5 floors tall. They have beach and pool view options. The hotel and rooms are well maintained. The rooms are clean and have a closet and drawers for your belongings so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. The tiki bar is a nice addition if you would like a beverage while swimming in the pools. Yes they have 2 adult and 1 kiddie pool as well as a hot tub. The hotel does offer beach access too. Very nice location and amenities. The self parking is free and there is also garage parking under the hotel. The complimentary hot breakfast is also another bonus! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. I do recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we ever visit Pensacola Beach."
"I like this hotel because the location is great, they need keep the location more clean , on top of my windows was mold and they never send no body to clean the room. They charge extra for a parking. That’s supostube included in the rental room and the over charge for pets too. The breakfast is good but they don’t keep it hot. "
"The view was amazing! Easy access to pool, beach and dining. Fish head restaurant, right next door, was delicious and the paradise inn across the street. We didn’t realize the trolley was not running but ended up not needing it. Vic , the host, was easily accessible. We had an issue with the door and they were Johnny on spot to get it rectified. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay."

"First off Mary was great, communication was awesome. Now on to the Condo. You want to stay here, the place is gorgeous, the views of the ocean from the all glass walls in the master, living and dining rooms are amazing. The private balcony overlooking the bay is also nice. each room having its own bathroom and shower is perfect. We are a family of 8 and we never felt crowded here. The facility as.a whole felt very secure. also indoor and outdoor pools for those that dont like the sand or rainy days was really nice. There are fabulous restaurants within walking distance to the condo. We will definitely reach out to Mary for our next trip to Pensacola. "
