"The only suggestion I have for improvement is the pillows — they were very uncomfortable, and I had neck pain both nights because of them. Other than that, the hotel was nice and a good value for the price we paid. The breakfast was plentiful, and parking was very easy."

"Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable."

"We booked to stay here while attending the F1 Grand Prix in Spa, 29 miles away. It was convenient, very clean, had spacious rooms and was a pleasant stay. The only negative was that there are no staff onsite (all automated) and therefore no breakfast options. Not even tea or coffee making in rooms! I’d stay again, but I’d take a kettle with me. The only options for food within walking distance are McDonald’s and Burger King, which my 14 yr old loved but I wasn’t so keen. We did buy food in Lidl but fresh food went off quickly in the heat, with no refrigeration facilities. "
