"The pictures wasn't exactly what it seemed but the property was cool and the staff was great."

"It was a very restful week. Played golf a four different area courses, took in a baseball game and ate at a fantastic restaurant in Bonsall -Peking Wok. Wasn’t familiar with renting a room at the Welk, but enjoyed it. We are planning on doing this again very soon!"

"The staff apparently are not on the same page one staff member said he was gonna refund the parking never happen then I called again and talked to Jonathan who said the person that authorized that can’t do that and he was rude about it and uncompromising on the situation. Along with the night time guy don’t know if he was a manager or what but he would walk behind all the sliding doors 4 or five times a night was odd specially when are sliding glass door was open"

"Overall great experience. The rooms at this resort are starting to look a little dated. The TV in my room was leaning so far forward it was hard to see and looked like it might fall over; maintenance did correct his during my stay. The resorts pool area is gorgeous and the conference facilities are very very nice."

"I am rating the hotel as just average because the entire place was under construction and this was not disclosed to me. I would have stayed somewhere else. Housekeeping was excellent but the noise and no pool or hot tub access was pretty bad. The manager move our room which helped a bit. I just feel for the price it should have delivered what was promised Beds were very comfortable"
