"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "Im more upset with Expedia for this experience. This hotel was listed as Carcasonne and we should have done a little more homework but we were strapped for time. "This hotel Is outstanding. The situation inside the Castle citeé in breathtaking and safe! Quietly luxurious with amazing staff. The cocktail bar is relaxing with talented bar staff. I enjoyed the vegetarian tasting menu in the Michelin restaurant- the service and food were exceptional - sad to leave but I will definitely return in 2026. Merci beaucoup x"
