"Cleanliness and hygiene is excellent, this is my second stay because there’s no other hotel like this hotel in this location. Very close to the centre few tram stops away to sultanahmet. Food variety is great one suggestion is baked beans but don’t know if they do it in turkey. Area has so much to see tram stops close by."

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I arrived, the owner and staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. One of the things I appreciated most was the assistance with airport shuttle arrangements, which made my arrival and departure completely stress-free. As a visitor to Türkiye, having someone willing to help with transportation and logistics made a huge difference. The owner is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people I have met during my travels. He took the time to share excellent local recommendations, from beautiful places to visit to authentic restaurants and hidden gems that I would never have found on my own. His knowledge of the area and willingness to help tourists experience the best of the region truly sets this hotel apart. The hospitality was exceptional, and it felt like much more than staying at a hotel—it felt like being welcomed by a friend. If you are visiting Türkiye and looking for a place where you will be treated with kindness, and outstanding service, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for making my trip so memorable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Tenía muchísima ilusión de hospedarme en el Pera Palace. Su historia, su arquitectura y su vínculo con el Orient Express lo convierten en un lugar icónico que deseaba conocer desde hacía años. Debo decir que el edificio es absolutamente hermoso. El lobby, los salones y las áreas comunes conservan un encanto histórico extraordinario y transmiten la elegancia de otra época. Sin duda, es un hotel que impresiona visualmente. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia en la habitación estuvo muy por debajo de lo que se espera de un hotel que se presenta como cinco estrellas. Al llegar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y, debido al calor, tuvieron que enviar técnicos en dos ocasiones distintas para intentar resolver el problema. Además, la conexión de internet era muy deficiente y nunca funcionó de manera adecuada durante nuestra estancia. También encontramos las tazas para el café sucias, algo que no debería ocurrir en un establecimiento de esta categoría. Otro inconveniente fue el baño: cada vez que nos duchábamos, el agua se salía hacia la habitación, causando molestias constantes. El personal fue amable y trató de ayudarnos cuando reportamos los problemas, pero la realidad es que las deficiencias de mantenimiento y atención al detalle afectaron significativamente nuestra experiencia. El Pera Palace es un hotel lleno de historia y belleza, pero considero que las habitaciones necesitan una actualización y un mejor control de calidad para estar a la altura de la reputación del edifi"
