We had a lovely stay at the hotel over 4 nights. The room was lovely. The AC worked great. The room was well equipped with extras such as a fridge, coffee, tea, robes and slippers, and nice vanity items in the bathroom. Water pressure was excellent. The rooftop restaurant has beautiful views and fresh breezes and our dinner was good. I would absolutely skip breakfast here. I thought the Turkish breakfast was quite below average and not very good. But the hotel is in a nice location and the music coming from the wine bar downstairs was enjoyable.

Decamondo is a great place. Its location is the best feature - walking or taking public transit - either way you decide yo move around. The hotel has two buildings which are a street apart, but still some climbing up the hill is needed if you want to use the roof top restaurant. The property, rooms were great. Highly recommended.

The DeCamando Galata, a Tribute Portfolio hotel was absolutely wonderful. Upon arrival we had an upgrade to a beautiful room. I had booked 2 rooms as we had my grown up children travelling with us and they ensured they had twin beds. The staff from front desk to the cleaner and then to the breakfast waiters were so attentive and helpful. Breakfast is like a feast! Breakfast is a roof top breakfast in their other hotel which is 2 minutes from our hotel on level 2. Our rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the hotel’s location is fantastic! Everything can be done on foot. 100% book this hotel on your next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

The problem is that the property is in two different locations. The dining area may not be in the building you are staying in. Nice, but extremely hilly area. Not appropriate for seniors or those with mobility issues. Staff were very helpful and rooftop breakfast was excellent.

Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and found it to be very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and service was great. The breakfast was excellent and the best part is the location. Close to great restaurants, walking distance to the Sultanamet and neighborhoods in Beyoglu and also close to the tram and the funicular.
