The attention we were given by the staff reminded me of the hotels in the old days. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We loved the way the rooms were renovated. There’s nothing that made us uncomfortable at this hotel. Located close to the Galata port is a great advantage

Great hotel with awesome views from the Rooftop restaurant. Staff members are very helpful, and always smiling. The only thing to mention is located near Galata Towers, and the streets around there are very narrow and steep so might not be ideal for someone with Disability,
